Emails and telephone calls will be monitored by the management who will aim to respond within 2 working days (email).

Minimal staffing levels will be maintained at the factory. Contact via telephone may be delayed significantly, so if possible, please use the email address. Be sure to include your contact details, which department you require along with any other relevant information that will help us answer your query.

Shipping times.

Although we have most products in stock, expect delays in shipment. We will continue to accept orders and will inform you of approximate delivery times within 48 hours of order confirmation.

Factory Opening Times (Trade)

For deliveries and collection information to and from the Atacama warehouse, email your Atacama contact directly and be sure to cc as some colleagues will not have email access from outside the business premises.

We will need to be informed of all trade and export shipment collections so that a time slot can be arranged.
